Welcome back to the 2016-2017 Ivymount School Year! I am happy to say that our Wednesday after school Fit Club will continue – starting this Wednesday!

Here’s how it works:

  1. It’s FREE!
  2. It’s FUN!
  3. It’s right HERE in the APR at 4:15 pm
  4. It’s a GREAT way to manage any of the work day’s stress/frustrations
  5. It’s a terrific way to recharge and energize for the rest of your day 

And we burn a ton of calories! All fitness levels are welcome! I play a workout DVD and it is projected on the screen. We do a variety of workouts including:

Chalene Johnson’s Piyo – a low impact, pilates and yoga inspired workout (30-45 minutes)

Shaun T’s CIZE – a fun, high energy, hip hop, dance workout (30 – 45 minutes)

Shaun T’s Focus T25 – fast paced cardio intervals – (25 minutes)

Les Mills Combat – mixed martial arts to a rock beat (30 – 45 minutes)

Autumn Calabrese’s  Country Heat – a dance-inspired workout to Country Music (30 minutes)

Autumn Calabrese’s 21 Day Fix – interval training with/without weights (30 minutes)

Tony Horton’s 22 Minute Hard Corp – Bootcamp style workout (22 minutes)
